“Inner Journeys Coaching” is the brainchild of Jane Drucker, Ph.D., PCC, Certified Life Strategies & Wellness Coach. I have come to know that most of us can use a caring guide and companion on our journey.
My personal journey has recently taken me into the realm of Elder Care. Now through my Life Strategies & Wellness Coaching practice I have enjoyed being a guide and companion to other Baby Boomers who are being called on to provide care to their aging, ailing, and perhaps dying parents. Whether you are caring for an ailing parent, or helping an aging parent handle the death of a beloved spouse, I am here to help.
Have you ever danced the Hokey Pokey? Of course you have! I think it’s a great metaphor for life. By being willing to try a variety of options for ourselves and for our parents, by being open to exploring our inner and outer worlds, and by being willing to shake up our lives and assumptions from time to time, I believe we can turn our lives around and get the most out of our time on this earth!
ONLY YOU can truly know yourself and your relationship with your elders, but as a Life Strategies & Wellness Coach, I can help you to explore options, to try things out, and to shake it up a bit in order to help you to find balance and satisfaction as you navigate the latest challenges and trasitions in your life and the life of your family. I listen to what you want to do and provide the feedback and support that you need to make your changes.
I believe that we are on earth to show up as our Authentic Selves and to be of service to others. It is my ongoing intention to improve the world so that my journey will leave a positive impact on those whose lives I have touched. As healthcare providers for the generation ahead of us, you and I fulfill the purpose of being of daily service to others. But just as passengers on airplanes are instructed during the onboard safety drill, we must each have our own oxygen mask on before helping anyone else put on theirs.
